Refund & Returns Policy

At Jed Boyle Ceramics, every sculpture is handmade and carefully packaged before dispatch. I hope you're delighted with your purchase, but if something isn't right, please get in touch.

Returns and cancellations

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify me that you'd like to cancel your purchase.

After notifying me, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

Please contact me using the contact form on this website before returning anything so I can provide the correct return address.

Items should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. You're responsible for return postage if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind.

Once I've received your return, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law, but not any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service.

Damaged or faulty items

I take great care when packaging my ceramics. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the item and its packaging.

I'll work with you to arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. Where an item is faulty or arrives damaged, I'll cover reasonable return postage where a return is necessary.

Handmade variations

Each sculpture is individually made and finished by hand. Small variations in colour, glaze and finish are part of its handmade character.

These natural variations don't affect your statutory consumer rights.
